Grace is a professional musician, actor, singer, and educator with over a decade of experience. Grace was six years old when she began taking piano lessons, and has been singing in musical theatre and choir since she was nine. Her piano and theatre teachers taught her as much about compassion as they did music! Grace has taught a wide range of college courses, private lessons, arts academies, and workshops. She holds an MFA in theatre performance from the University of Arkansas and BFA in musical theatre from Southeast Missouri State University. Most recently, she performed in the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire’s 2024 Season singing and playing Celtic tunes on banjolele and guitar.

Grace teaches students of all ages and is highly adaptable based on the needs and goals of the student. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for artists to find their voices and be heard, and she believes music to be one of the greatest forms of self-expression. Grace recognizes that learning to sing or play a new instrument can require a certain level of vulnerability, so she prioritizes building trust with her students through open dialogue, fun exercises, and personalized song selection to foster a sense of play.

As an entertainer, Grace brings humor and enthusiasm to lessons that keep students smiling. By zooming in on individual student interests and learning styles, she provides technical training that puts the fun in fundamental! Her goal is to train students to love practicing – because the process itself can be so rewarding when approached in the right way.

When she’s not behind the piano or singing along to her Spotify, you can find Grace crocheting, hiking, playing her latest video game fixation, watching Minecraft videos, or trying out a new recipe!
